Where can I buy discounted Cedar Point tickets?
Discount tickets are available at participating Giant Eagle, Meijer and Drug Mart stores. Discount tickets are also available at participating AAA locations for AAA members. Also, check our website throughout the season for Exclusive Online Only offers.
For groups of 15 or more, discounts are available online or by calling 1.800.448.2428.

Who is eligible for the military discount and where can the military tickets be purchased?
Military personnel receive a discounted price of $33.99 (a savings of $10.00 on the gate price of $43.99). The military discount is available for all active or retired Military personnel (including the National Guard, Military Reserves, Coast Guard and Canadian Military.) Immediate family members include spouse, children, parents, grandparents and grandchildren.
Military discount tickets must be purchased at the gate (a valid military ID must be presented to receive the discount). If the military person is currently deployed overseas, the family members are eligible for the military discount as long as they show a current military family ID when purchasing tickets.
Is admission to the park free if you stay in an on-site resort?

We do not offer a "fast pass." We do offer a VIP Tour, which is the best way to experience all the park has to offer - with little to no waiting for rides and attractions! Get the VIP Treatment!
How do I get information about Cedar Point and the area?

How can I get a copy of Cedar Point's Family Getaway Guide?
The Cedar Point Getaway Guide must be ordered in advance of your visit; please allow sufficient time for it to be delivered to you by the USPS. If your visit is at least three weeks away, please request your copy online. If you are visiting sooner, please call 419-627-2350 (this may take up to one week, depending on where you live). The Getaway Guide is not available at the park.
What is the FunTimes newsletter and how do I receive it?
FUNTimes is Cedar Point's e-mail newsletter. FUNtimes members get special advance notice of special offers and occasionally offers are made exclusively to FUNtimes members! When we add a new feature to the site, FUNtimes members are the first to know. Do you rent wheelchairs and strollers? May I bring my own?
Cedar Point offers a rental fleet of Strollers, Manual Wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) that may be rented on a one-day basis. Overnight or multiple rental days are not available. All rentals are handled at the Front Rental Center and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If guests are in need of these convenience items, we strongly recommend that they provide their own. (Wagons are also permitted.) There is absolutely no guarantee that vehicle choice will be available upon arrival on the day of their visit.
What is the smoking policy at Cedar Point?
For the comfort of all park guests, smoking is permitted in designated areas only. The designated smoking areas are located near the Raptor restrooms, near the Panda Express restaurant, next to the Frontiertown train station, near the entrance to Paddlewheel Excursions, near Park Plaza and behind Giant Wheel near Wicked Twister.
Are pets permitted at Cedar Point? If not, is there a place I can leave my pet(s)?
With the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities, pets are not allowed inside Cedar Point. Pet Chek lodges animals when the park is open. However, overnight pet accommodations are not available. Pets are not allowed at Cedar Point's hotels, on the beach, at the swimming pools or in the picnic areas. Pets are permitted* at Camper Village at no extra charge but each must be kept on a leash at the guest's site and must not be left unattended. *Pets are not permitted at Lighthouse Point cottages and cabins. May I bring my own food and beverages into Cedar Point?
With the exception of special diet/need items (which may be kept in a small cooler), outside food and beverages are not allowed in the park. Un-opened bottled water may be brought into the park. Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome at the public picnic pavilions located outside the park near the main entrance to Cedar Point. A limited number of electrical outlets and public grills are available in the public picnic shelters. You may bring your own charcoal grill (table-top charcoal grills should NOT be placed on top of the picnic tables). You may also bring George Foreman-type grills. Propane grills are not permitted.
Cedar Point is not responsible for items left unattended in the shelters. The public picnic shelter areas are not reserved, but are available to anyone who chooses to use them on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there a picnic shelter near Soak City?
There are no picnic facilities at Soak City. (Shuttle service is available to Cedar Point's picnic area.) Coolers, picnic baskets, alcoholic beverages or glass containers are not permitted inside Soak City. Soak City's food and beverage locations offer a variety of menu options, including kid's meals.
